Based in San Francisco, California (USA), Geographer is the stage name of Mike Deni (vocals, guitar, keys, synths, saxophone), supported during live shows by Joyce Lee (cello, synths), Duncan Nielsen (guitar, bass, synths, vocals) and Cody Rhodes (drums).
The first album ‘Innocent ghosts’ was released in 2008. It was followed by the albums ‘Myth’ (2012) and ‘Ghost Modern’ (2015). At the end of 2015, Geographer released the EP ‘Endless Motion vol. 1’ digitally, featuring a cover version of Cloudbusting.
2018 saw the release of the EP ‘Alone time’. It was released digitally as well as on a 12″ vinyl record.
