48 track studio in South London, where artists such as David Bowie, Kylie Minogue, Tina Turner, Pet Shop Boys and the Stereophonics have recorded tracks. The studio was designed by British producer and DJ Andy Hughes (1965-2009). It was used by Kate Bush to record the song Mná na hÉireann.

The studio was purchased by Sahara Sound in 2004. The studio has since closed.
